Bitter Grog (non-alc) (or not)

Use Jolly Cut Juniper & Cedar Tonic syrup.

1. Add to glass with ice, 2oz bitter red Italian soda (Gioia brand from Metro)

2. Add .75oz Jolly Cut Juniper & Cedar Tonic syrup

3. Top with soda, stir & enjoy

It's red and festive and tasty too. Bitter and sweet balance each other out. This one will taste like a Campari and soda without alcohol. It's a thoughtful treat to have complex and pretty non-alc options for drivers or non-imbibers at your get together. This is equally delicious with a splash of gin or vodka.
