A Jolly French 75

Use Jolly Cut Organic Simple Syrup.

1. Fill a flute 1/2 way with chilled, dry sparkling wine

2. Add 1oz gin (optional)

3. Add .75oz lemon juice

4. Add .75oz Jolly Cut simple syrup

5. Give a very gentle stir and serve

This is a wonderful cocktail for entertaining. This works best if the gin, lemon, syrup are chilled too. You can batch this mix ahead of time and keep it in the fridge. That makes it a simple 2 pour cocktail mixed in the glass to be made whenever guests show up. You'll look extra fancy. You can switch to vodka if you don't like gin.
